Born in Athens-GR , Giannis Balakakis has studies on Marketing & Banking Management.

Has experienced positions on both senior & executive management in various local & international companies. As of 2003 is the MD of a leading company specializing in event marketing management, such as the Incentives as well as the creative destination management, the Meetings & Conferences, the product launching and the corporate Events.

Speaks fluently English, French, and Greek (mother tongue) and he is member of the NGO Inter-Balkan Institute, the Society of Incentive Travel Executives, the Meeting Professionals International and the Association of Chief Executive Officers Greece
