Ελπίζω να σου αρέσει να συνεισφέρεις εδώ. Η λειτουργία της Βικιπαίδειας είναι πολύ εύκολη, ακόμα και η συγγραφή κάποιου λήμματος μπορεί να ξεκινήσει χωρίς να γνωρίζεις τις λεπτομέρειες. Σημαντικό είναι ότι δεν μπορείς να καταστρέψεις ολοκληρωτικά ένα λήμμα αφού υπάρχει πρόνοια για την αποθήκευση παλιών εκδόσεων που πολύ εύκολα μπορούν να επανέλθουν όταν χρειάζεται, οπότε δεν χρειάζεται να ανησυχείς ή να διστάζεις. Χρησιμοποίησε την βοήθεια για ό,τι απορία έχεις. Διάβασε την Πολιτική που ακολουθεί η Βικιπαίδεια. Επισκέψου την Αγορά όπου μπορείς να διαβάσεις όλα τα σχετικά για αυτό τον ιστοχώρο, να εκφράσεις απόψεις και να κάνεις ερωτήσεις.

Μερικές ιδέες και κόλπα για να ξεκινήσεις:

• Δες την εισαγωγή στην επεξεργασία με τον οπτικό επεξεργαστή.
• Μπορείς να πειραματιστείς στο πρόχειρο.
• Πάτησε στο κουμπί «Επεξεργασία κώδικα» σε μια σελίδα, για να δεις πως έκαναν κάτι οι άλλοι χρήστες ή για να δεις πως δουλεύει εσωτερικά ο κώδικας μορφοποίησης. Μπορεί να σου χρειαστεί για ποιο εξελιγμένα πράγματα. Στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις ο οπτικός επεξεργαστής είναι υπεραρκετός.
• Μπορείς να υπογράφεις χρησιμοποιώντας τέσσερις περισπωμένες, έτσι: ~~~~. Αυτό εμφανίζει το όνομα χρήστη σου, και την ημερομηνία και ώρα που υπόγραψες το μήνυμα. Πάντα να υπογράφεις στις σελίδες συζήτησης, ποτέ μην υπογράφεις στα λήμματα.
• Δες τον Οδηγό δημιουργίας νέου λήμματος.

Μπορείς να με ρωτήσεις ότι χρειάζεσαι στη δική μου σελίδα συζήτησης. Μην ανησυχείς και μην φοβάσαι για τίποτε. Κι εγώ ήμουν ένας άσχετος όταν ξεκίνησα.

I totally understand that creating dummy articles in the main namespace may be annoying but unfortunately this is the only way to test some features in production. I would be more than happy to delete the articles myself as soon as I complete the testing (it usually takes up to 5-10 minutes per test), but I'm not able to do that as far as I am concerned.

@Iiirxs: Just stop to translate small units. Prefer to translate at least a few lines, to reach for example 2 to 3 thousand bytes at least in order to provide at least some basic information for the reader. NikosLikomitros (συζήτηση) 16:31, 1 Αυγούστου 2022 (UTC)

This conversation refers to some test articles I have to create as part of my work for Wikimedia Foundation. Testing some of Wikipedia production features (particularly features of Content Translation application - Ειδικό:ContentTranslation) requires creating such dummy articles in the main namespace. Although, I acknowledge this may not be a very elegant approach, this is the only one we currently got for this kind of work. I kindly request to either tolerate this "pollution" of the main namespace and fix it by deleting these articles yourself or grant me some priviledges so that I can delete those artlcles myself. These articles are not acts of vandalism.

I understand. I had seen you making test pages in Bengali as well long time ago; so this is the reason. As you mentioned something related, are you working on the Content Translation team? My preferred approach is picking the pages and adding some lines in order to make it good, readable and at least carrying basic information. NikosLikomitros (συζήτηση) 16:42, 1 Αυγούστου 2022 (UTC)

Indeed, I work for the Language Team of Wikimedia Foundation, which develops Content Translation application. In case you are not aware of that, I would also like to let you know that since May 2022, a new version of Content Translation application (named Section Translation), that target primarily mobile devices, is available. The most important new feature is that translation in Section Translation is done in sections (translating the contents sentence by sentence). In case that you have not had the chance to try Section Translation yet, I would suggest you to at least try it and play a little bit with its new features. @Iiirxs: Thank you. I use it and I have done some of my new expansions post 10 June 2022 (when my university exams ended) in this platform. I made you the question because since 22 July 2022, at least while writing from computer, I face a problem: The translations in mobile translation appear in English, not machine-translated Greek and thus the work is much more tedious than in the past (I prefer the former form because I can do a quality translation quicker). Thank you a lot for using the application and bringing up such issues! Regarding the issue you mentioned, this is a known issue that has been fixed and is expected to be deployed in Greek Wikipedia by the end of this week (probably Thursday and Friday). Please know that you can always report any issue regarding Content or Section Translation application, using the issue tracker of Wikimedia Foundation (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/) and adding the tags "ContentTranslation" or "SectionTranslation".

@Iiirxs: Thank you for your answer. Finally it will be fixed. Because I find this way of translating faster for large articles, I am looking forward to see it corrected. I know what is Phabricator; thank you for your help. And a last question: This happens and in other wikis? Sorry if I consumed a fair amount of time.
